Chris McAlister has a wide range of experience in healthcare, starting as an Enrolled Nurse and working their way up to roles such as Residential Manager, Director of Care, and Nurse Unit Manager. With a Bachelor of Nursing and additional qualifications in Cardiovascular Nursing and Nursing Leadership and Management, Chris has demonstrated expertise in various nursing specialties. Chris has worked in areas such as Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol services, Community Health, and Emergency departments, showcasing their versatility and commitment to providing high-quality care. Chris is currently managing a Residential Aged Care Facility in Orange NSW and is dedicated to ensuring the facility meets the ACQSC Quality Standards.
