Deborah Karam

Deborah Karam has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on aged care. Deborah has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Catholic Healthcare, RSL LifeCare Limited, Allity Aged Care, and Opal Aged Care. Their roles have included Chief Residential Officer, General Manager, Director of Operations, and Regional Manager. Prior to their managerial positions, they also worked in clinical roles as a Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Deborah Karam has a Diploma of Nursing from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Practice in Nursing from Western Sydney University, an ICU certificate from Liverpool Hospital ICU, a Graduate Diploma in Health Management from the University of New England (AU), a Masters in Health Service Management from Charles Sturt University, and a Master in Business Administration in Management and Organisations from Charles Sturt University.
