Allan Caballero M.ed.

Allan Caballero, M.Ed., serves as the Philanthropy Catalyst at Catholic Leadership Institute since July 2022, leveraging expertise in prospect research, portfolio management, annual giving, and stewardship to engage donors in supporting the Church's future. Prior to this role, Allan held director positions at the Archdiocese of Miami and the Diocese of Metuchen, focusing on strategies for evangelization and supporting local clergy and parish leadership. Experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Stewardship at the Archdiocese of Newark, where Allan led annual appeal campaigns and stewardship initiatives for over 212 parishes. Allan's earlier career involved financial management roles at Shamco Management Corp. and Daily Steals. Educational qualifications include a Master of Catholic Leadership from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rutgers Business School.
