Kimberly Miller

Kimberly Miller has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Kimberly currently serves as the Director of People Operations at the Catholic Leadership Institute, where they have been since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Generalist at the same organization since June 2021.

Before their time at the Catholic Leadership Institute, Kimberly held leadership positions at the Military Council of Catholic Women. Kimberly served as the President from August 2018 to June 2022, and previously held the role of Vice President for Faith Formation from September 2017 to August 2018.

In addition, Kimberly worked at the 1st Armored Division, where they held the position of Senior Family Readiness Advisor from July 2018 to July 2020. Kimberly also gained experience as a Writer at the National Military Family Association from March 2006 to April 2010.

Kimberly's earlier career included a role as a Public Information Officer at The University of Texas at El Paso from June 2005 to March 2009.

Kimberly Miller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from California Lutheran University. Kimberly also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of New Orleans. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in "How to Develop your Career Plan" and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn, which they completed in May 2021.
