Crystal H. currently serves as the Director of People Operations at SPMDesign, overseeing HR initiatives for offices in California, New York, and London, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and diversity. Crystal co-founded American Solar Advantage, Inc., a prominent California-based solar company, and provided leadership to a workforce of 115 employees and 1,000 dealers. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Quantum Electronic Payments, Human Resources Organization Development Consultant at Draper's & Damon's, Human Resources Business Partner at KOHL'S DEPARTMENT STORES, and Human Resources Manager at Circor Aerospace. Crystal began a career in human resources at Toys"R"Us, advancing to Assistant Director of Human Resources. Crystal holds a degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne and has additional education from California Baptist University.
