Amanda McCullough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change enablement, training, and compliance within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Change Enablement and Training at Catholic Relief Services, Amanda leads knowledge management initiatives and manages the organization’s Salesforce system. Previous roles include advising on Salesforce integration, compliance systems, and risk management. Amanda has also contributed to the Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership as Chair of the Do Good Planning Committee and has experience evaluating microfinance programs with the Grameen Foundation.
