Candace Osunsade

Candace Osunsade has a vast work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Candace'smost recent role is the Executive Vice President, Global Chief People Officer and Diversity Officer at Catholic Relief Services since October 2020. Prior to that, they held several roles at National Aquarium, including SVP, Chief Administrative Officer from September 2015 to October 2020, and Vice President, Human Resources from 2008 to October 2020. Candace also worked as a Customer at Ultimate Software from 2009 to 2011, and as the Director HRMS at Erickson Retirement Communities from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they served as the HR Director at IWIF from 2001 to 2004.

Candace Osunsade received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1987. In 2015, they obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from the institution of SHRM.
