Chelsea Peters

Chelsea Peters is an experienced education consultant with a strong focus on teacher professional development and educational programming in diverse contexts. Current roles include Upper Primary Consultant at RTI International, supporting the LEGO TeachWell project in Kenya, and Teacher Professional Development Consultant at Chemonics UK for education initiatives in Syria. Peters also serves as Regional Technical Advisor for Catholic Relief Services, offering technical leadership to education programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. Previous contributions include remote technical assistance for in-service teacher training in Afghanistan, community-based remedial education program design in the West Bank, and technical support for USAID literacy and education projects in Liberia and Tajikistan. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Latin American Studies from Simon Fraser University, a Master of Education from Concordia University-Portland, and TESOL certification.
