Joel Urbanowicz

Joel Urbanowicz is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in digital workplace services and IT service management. As the Senior Director of Digital Workplace Services at Catholic Relief Services since April 2014, Joel has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of digital workplace initiatives, managing data protection, information security, and overseeing global infrastructure and end-user device management. Prior roles include Director and Manager at Catholic Relief Services, Bowe Fellow at the World Trade Center Institute, and Senior IT Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where substantial contributions to IT process improvement and project management were made.
