Karl Lowe serves as the Chief Information Officer at Catholic Relief Services since 2016, where responsibilities include driving agency-wide improvements through digital technologies and ensuring the ICT department aligns with the Agency strategy. Prior to this role, Karl held various leadership positions at Eaton from 1997 to 2015, including Vice President of IT EMEA and Global Operations Excellence, and Director of IT Operations Excellence, focusing on strategic IT program development and enterprise program management. Earlier in career, Karl gained a range of experiences at EDS from 1985 to 1997, advancing from Programmer to Sr. Business Consultant.
