Kevin Raabe

Kevin Raabe has extensive experience in program management and development in the humanitarian sector, currently serving as the Head of Programs for Balkans and Europe Outreach and previously for Nepal and Bangladesh at Catholic Relief Services since January 2021. Prior roles include Regional Programs Director for Africa at Relief International, and Head of Programs for Egypt at Catholic Relief Services. Kevin has managed multi-sectoral programs across various organizations, including the International Rescue Committee and International Medical Corps, focusing on health, nutrition, livelihoods, and emergency response, overseeing significant funding portfolios and leading large teams. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Public Health from University College Cork.
