Marinela Muchanga

Marinela Muchanga is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Rotating Regional Specialist for Catholic Relief Services since May 2021, focusing on strategic workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement in Southern Africa. Prior to this position, Marinela held roles as Administration & Human Resources Manager at Murray & Roberts, Administration Assistant at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, and Human Resources Assistant at Silos Cordoba. With a strong educational background, Marinela obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas-Mozambique and a Certificate in Project Management from CRS' Institute for Capacity Strengthening. Additional qualifications include a Licenciatura in Public Administration from Instituto Superior de Relações Internacionais.
