Rachel Rutledge PHR SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources information systems and analytics. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Global People Systems and Analytics at Catholic Relief Services. Prior to that, Rachel worked at GP Strategies Corporation as the HRIS Manager and Senior HRIS Analyst. Rachel also served as an HRIS Specialist at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. Rachel earned their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
