Sylvia Sedrak

Sylvia Sedrak is a seasoned Program Manager currently representing Catholic Relief Services in Jordan, where responsibilities include managing project cycles, developing high-quality project designs, and championing learning among project staff and partners. With prior experience as an International Development Fellow and Acting Program Manager, Sylvia led a successful $1M proposal for a USG-funded gender equality project in Upper Egypt, while also supporting monitoring and evaluation activities. Additional contributions include providing technical support in new business development at FHI 360 for substantial USAID proposals, conducting impact assessments for Grameen Foundation, and serving as an Education Specialist with the Peace Corps. Sylvia's extensive background also encompasses leadership roles in various organizations focused on capacity building, community outreach, and enhancing international awareness. Sylvia holds a Master of Public Management in International Development and Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
