Thomas Fenn

Project Director, Coordinating Comprehensive Care For Children (4children) at Catholic Relief Services

Thomas Fenn has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Thomas started their career in 1982 as a Staff Associate at Columbia University and worked there until 1987. Following that, they joined Pathfinder International as a Country Representative and served in that role for over 17 years. In 2005, Thomas joined CARE USA as a Project Director for the CORE Initiative Uganda and remained in that position until 2009. Thomas then worked at UNICEF as a Regional Advisor for Children and AIDS in the ESARO region from 2009 to 2014, and later as a Senior Advisor for HIV/AIDS/Protection, Care, and Support until 2016. Currently, Thomas is working as a Project Director, Coordinating Comprehensive Care for Children (4Children) at Catholic Relief Services since 2016.

Thomas Fenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 1975 to 1979. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences between 1980 and 1982. Prior to these educational pursuits, Fenn completed their high school education at Orono High School from 1973 to 1975.
