Full-time management position available with senior services program at Catholic Charities Washtenaw County. The Home Services Program provides a variety of home maintenance and safety support services to low-income and other vulnerable seniors in Washtenaw County. The Home Services Manager plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by overseeing the daily operations of the Home Services programs. This position provides exceptional client care, manages and leads staff and volunteers, and ensures efficient service delivery. The Home Services Manager will be responsible for receiving and triaging client calls, prioritizing and scheduling services, and maintaining accurate client records.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, public health or related human services field or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred. Position requires a valid Michigan driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must obtain/maintain Certified Prevention Specialist Certification.
