Anne Conde

Anne Conde has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as a Care Manager at Catholic Health since April 2018, focusing on care coordination for the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. Previously, Anne held various positions at Northwell Health from 1983 to April 2018, including Palliative Care Nurse Coordinator, Certified Case Manager RN, and Nurse Educator, among others.
