In these positions, they developed new business, exceeded sales quotas, and managed a team of salespeople and support representatives. Notably, they increased the Northeast revision sales by 18% year over year and the Northeast market share by 5 points. Gerdes' most recent position was with the Catholic Health System of Long Island, where they served as the Director of Clinical Resources, Supply Chain.
