Jack Gerdes has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in orthopaedics. Jack started their career as a Sales Representative at Zimmer in 1987 and quickly excelled, becoming a Sales Manager. During their time at Zimmer, they trained and managed a team responsible for generating $8 million in sales per year. Gerdes consistently met their goals, earning him recognition as a quota achiever and a Presidents Club winner. Jack then moved on to DePuy Orthopaedics in 1999, where they successfully launched a brand new office location and sales force, increasing market share to 10% within 18 months. In 2000, Gerdes joined Stryker Orthopaedics and held multiple roles, including Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. In these positions, they developed new business, exceeded sales quotas, and managed a team of salespeople and support representatives. Notably, they increased the Northeast revision sales by 18% year over year and the Northeast market share by 5 points. Gerdes' most recent position was with the Catholic Health System of Long Island, where they served as the Director of Clinical Resources, Supply Chain. Overall, Gerdes has a proven track record of success in sales, team management, and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
