Joe Carofano has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Joe worked as Senior Vice President Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer at Catholic Health Services since March 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Marketing and Communications at Western Connecticut Health Network from August 2014 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Jensen Dental as Vice President and General Manager from 2012 to 2014, and as Vice President of Marketing from 2007 to 2014. Joe also served as General Manager at CCA Advertising from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in various roles, including Vice President Global Strategic Marketing, Vice President Sales, and Director of Business Operations, from 1998 to 2003.
Joe Carofano earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of New Haven in 1981. Joe later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, which they completed by 1991 at the same university.
