Joseph Lamantia

Joseph Lamantia has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a range of leadership roles in various organizations. Joseph currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Catholic Health since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region and Executive Director of Northwell Health Solutions at Northwell Health from June 2017 to March 2022. Before that, Lamantia worked at Stony Brook Medicine as the Chief of Operations for Population Health from November 2014 to June 2017. Joseph also served as the EVP and COO at South Nassau Communities Hospital from February 2008 to October 2014 and as the Executive Director of Franklin Hospital at North Shore-LIJ Health System from January 2004 to January 2008.

Joseph Lamantia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from State University of New York Cortland in 1990. Joseph then pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Hofstra University, which they completed in 1993.
