Kristi Roe

Kristi Roe is a seasoned executive specializing in patient and consumer experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Patient and Consumer Experience Officer at Catholic Health since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kristi held the position of National Vice President of Consumer Experience, Insights and Market Research at Ascension, where strategic leadership in research and insights significantly improved patient and caregiver interactions.
