Maryann Hennessey

Maryann Hennessey is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and professional development. Currently serving as a certified practitioner for The Leadership Circle and the Culture Survey since July 2018, Maryann also coaches executives and leaders at Catholic Health Services. From 2007 to 2017, Maryann operated as an executive and business development coach at New Frontiers Leadership Coaching, having previously worked in leadership and talent management roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Earlier career highlights include senior analyst positions at JPMorganChase, CreditSights, and Criterion Research Group. Maryann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Purchase College, SUNY, and is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach, having completed training at The Coaches Training Institute.
