Previously, Sumita Y. held multiple leadership roles at Northwell Health, including AVP of Neurosurgery, and successfully propelled the service line into the top ranks nationally by optimizing performance metrics. Sumita Y. has a background in project management and strategic planning at Staten Island University Hospital and began a career at HIP Health Plan of New York. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Medicine from PGIMS Rohtak.
