Lea Trefsgar

Lea Trefsgar is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational and therapeutic roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at Catlin Gabel School since December 2013, Lea has also held positions as Special Gift Officer and Catlin Gabel Fund Associate Director at the same institution. Prior to this, a career in private practice as a Child and Family Therapist spanned from April 1999 to October 2013. Additionally, Lea worked as an Elementary School Counselor at Edwards Elementary School from December 2000 to June 2003 and served as a College Counselor at San Francisco Art Institute from August 1997 to April 1999. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Child and Family Therapy/Counseling from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Arts/Painting from Syracuse University.
