Pamela Sorrentino is an experienced multi-unit leader with a strong background in retail management. Currently serving as a District Manager at Cato Corporation since May 2023, Pamela previously held the position of District Director at Talbots from 2017 to 2022, overseeing 22 stores across 11 states while driving business growth through market analysis and talent acquisition. Pamela's career includes roles as an Area Manager and Company Store Manager at Talbots, Store Manager at J.
