Rachael Marshall

Rachael Marshall is an accomplished Senior Designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving at Cato Corporation since January 2021. Prior roles include Senior Apparel Designer for Men’s, Women’s, and Youth at Top of the World, as well as Senior Designer for Cut & Sew Knit Tops & Active at Justice. Rachael's tenure spans several notable companies, including Old Navy and Limited Too, where responsibilities included designing girls' knits and cut & sew knit tops. Earlier experience includes positions at BHS and Marks and Spencer, focusing on teen and kids' apparel. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from the University of Westminster.
