Lukáš Mrázek

Lukáš Mrázek is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager and Site Lead at Cato Networks since July 2025, Lukáš oversees the Prague R&D site for a leading SASE market provider. Previously, Lukáš was a Senior Engineering Manager at Pure Storage, leading teams in efficiency initiatives and platform development. As the Prague Compliance Technology Lead at Barclays, Lukáš managed multiple teams developing big data solutions for financial crime investigation. Other notable roles include Big Data Lead at MSD, Team Leader at Barclays Capital, and Software Architect at Unicorn. Lukáš began a career in technology as the founder and lead developer of Vertex Studio, focused on 3D game development. Lukáš holds a degree from Charles University, earned from 2002 to 2009.
