Nir Bonfil

Nir Bonfil is an experienced software engineer currently working at Cato Networks as a Software Engineer since July 2024. Previously, Nir held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Wiz from March 2023 to March 2024 and worked as a Software Engineer at Lumigo from May 2022 to March 2023. Nir's substantial experience includes serving as a Technology Leader at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from December 2011 to May 2022, focusing on containers security and public cloud and on-prem security. Earlier in Nir’s career, a Software Engineer role was undertaken at NICE Systems from May 2007 to May 2010. Nir holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
