Nicole G. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in marketing, customer service, and animal care management. Currently serving as a Marketing and Customer Experience Manager at CatPrint since July 2009, Nicole has held various roles including Customer Service Manager, Production Manager, and Production Specialist, where responsibilities included training staff, day-to-day operations, and machinery operation. In addition, Nicole served as President of Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets from November 2009 to December 2022, overseeing various initiatives such as fostering and adoption counseling. Previously, Nicole owned Mutts & Manners, a dog training business, and worked as a Client Service Representative at Monroe Veterinary Associates. Educationally, Nicole holds a Dog Training Certification from Animal Behavior College and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at Oswego.
