Tracy Thomas is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in analytical chemistry and laboratory operations. Currently serving as an Associate Principal Scientist at CatSci Ltd since March 2025, Tracy previously held multiple leadership positions at Simbec-Orion, including Head of Laboratory Operations and Head of Small Molecule Analysis, from February 2002 to February 2025. Earlier career roles include Analytical Chemist at Severn Trent and Analyst at Bioclinical Services, as well as Study Scientist at Huntingdon Life Sciences. Tracy holds a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from Swansea University, a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Loughborough University, and a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Swansea University.
