Rogério Neves

Rogério Neves currently serves as the Diretor de Operações (COO) at Catupiry® since February 2023, overseeing operations including Logistics, Purchasing, Industrial, Dairy Quality, Planning, and Continuous Improvement across multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior to this role, Rogério was the Diretor Industrial at Alvoar Lácteos from February 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing the industrial and planning areas, along with implementing preventive maintenance systems. Rogério's extensive experience also includes six years at Grupo Lactalis as Diretor Industrial and National Quality Manager, during which there was a focus on efficiency metrics and global product quality standards. Previous roles at BRF as National Quality Manager and Industrial Manager involved managing quality indicators, SAC teams, and operational expenses. Rogério’s career began at Itambé as a Fabrication Manager, focusing on compliance management. Rogério holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from FGV and has qualifications in Financial Management and Dairy Technology.
