Tom Fisher

Tom Fisher is currently an advisor at Catylex. Tom has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry, having served in various leadership roles at both Franklin Templeton Investments and J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

Most recently, Tom was the EVP, Head of the U.S. Institutional Business at Franklin Templeton Investments. In this role, they were responsible for leading the institutional investment management strategy, investment product development, sales and marketing, consultant relations, and client service. Tom was also a member of the leadership team that executed the $4.5 billion acquisition of Legg Mason, creating the sixth-largest asset manager in the world.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Tom spent 18 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where they held various positions, including Managing Director, Head of Consultant Strategy in the Americas. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the firm’s consultant relations strategy in the Americas.

Tom has a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and a MBA from Columbia Business School.

Tom Fisher studied political theory and history at Georgetown University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
