Lisa Darby

Lisa Darby, Ph.D., is currently the Associate Medical Director at Caudex and has a rich background in research and science communications. They obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Earlham College. Lisa's research experience includes investigating neuronal sensitivity and neurite outgrowth, as well as synthesizing metal complexes. They have contributed to scientific literature as an author and co-author of peer-reviewed manuscripts and have presented research at various conferences. Prior to their current role, Lisa worked as a Senior Medical Writer at Caudex and Avant Healthcare, and they have also served as a mentor and instructor for undergraduate and high school student researchers.
