Nicola Hutton is currently the Head of People and Culture at Cauldron Ferm and a Virtual CHRO and Executive Coach at Cygnet Advisers, with various high-profile clients. With a background in HR spanning over two decades, Nicola has held diverse roles in companies such as ANZ, Main Sequence, and Orion Partners. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing, a Master of Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Nicola also has a passion for music, holding an Associate's degree from the Australian Music Examinations Board.
