Susanna M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Susanna later became a Project Coordinator for Samsung Television Repair & Appliance, serving as the main liaison between customers, management, and technicians. Susanna also worked as a Technical Support for Electronic Repair, identifying and solving technical issues.

Susanna joined Volt as a Front Desk Receptionist for 3M Cogent, where they welcomed visitors, directed calls, and provided instructions to employees and visitors. Susanna later became a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for coordinating HR activities. Currently, Susanna is working at Causal IQ as a Human Resources Generalist.

Susanna then pursued further education at Eastern Florida State College, where they completed a College Credit Certificate in Help Desk Analyst. Currently, they are enrolled at Santa Monica College, pursuing an Associate of Arts degree.
