Caitlin Fisher

Caitlin Fisher is a seasoned professional in the social impact sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Founding Member of The Collective at Gallaway Consulting Group, where Caitlin focuses on strategic partnerships to enhance organizational missions and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Caitlin holds the position of Director of Nonprofit Talent Initiatives at Causewave Community Partners, emphasizing capacity building within the nonprofit sector. Previously, Caitlin directed leadership initiatives at The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, where significant advancements in recruitment and program delivery were achieved. Caitlin has also contributed to Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy, both as a Board Member and Vice Chair, and has a diverse background at Hunt Alternatives, rising from program assistant to acting director.
