Kevin Cavanagh is an experienced sales and growth leader with over 25 years in the digital and technology sectors, primarily in the UK’s public and private markets. Currently serving as a fractional Commercial Director at Positka and Head of Business Development at Talk Think Do, Kevin specializes in crafting go-to-market strategies and building scalable sales operations. Previously, Kevin played a crucial role at AND Digital, where they established the Public Sector division and achieved significant revenue growth, while also holding key positions at Objectivity and Made Tech. As a published author and keynote speaker, Kevin shares insights on leadership and mindset transformation through their book, *Five Minute Mindshifts*, and has inspired large audiences with motivational talks. Kevin holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Teesside and continues to engage in ongoing education in Sales and Marketing Management.
