Anthony Disser, RN, MS is a patient care executive with a 40-year career serving a large multi-hospital healthcare system prior to his recent retirement. He supports CAVA’s robotic surgery hospital accounts as a specialist in hospital administration excellence. Mr. Disser has expertise in strategy and tactical planning; outcome measurement and clinical benchmarking; leadership development and education; nursing and human caring theory education; staffing and productivity management and improvement; and federal / state standards and accreditation processes. Mr. Disser has taught graduate healthcare leadership and management, is a Healthcare Fellow of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a post graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution from George Mason University. He is currently a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Nursing. Anthony Disser has served as a consultant in leadership, accreditation, quality/performance improvement and educational programs in the USA, Canada, China, Japan, Indonesia, Indochina, Israel, the Middle East (KSA, Qatar, UAE), Mexico, South America, Australia, Ireland and Europe. He was also a Joint Commission International consultant.
