Melissa Trivette

Melissa Trivette, SPHR, BCMHC, has extensive experience in employee benefits management, currently serving as Senior Director of Benefits at CAVA since February 2021, with previous roles including Director of Benefits and Senior Benefits Manager. Prior to CAVA, Melissa held various positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from April 2013 to February 2021, including Manager of Health and Wellbeing Benefits and Group Benefits Consultant. Earlier experience includes roles at Bank of America, Park South Group, MetLife, and Northwestern Mutual, where responsibilities ranged from fiduciary oversight to operations management. Melissa holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed between 1995 and 1999, and is a graduate of Middleton High School, class of 1995.
