Nick Blalock has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Training General Manager and previously as General Manager at CAVA since November 2019. Prior to joining CAVA, Nick held various managerial roles at Jason's Deli from November 2009 to November 2019, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and two assistant positions. Nick's career also includes a tenure at Ruby Tuesday from June 1999 to June 2009, where the roles included Assistant General Manager and Corporate Trainer. Nick completed education at Salem High School from 1996 to 1999.
