Tony Frazier is an experienced retail and restaurant executive with a robust background in strategic planning, business unit development, and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Director for CAVA - West since May 2021, Tony previously held the position of Regional Director for CAVA - Texas and has been a Regional Director and Area Operator for Zoes Kitchen since May 2018, supporting multiple markets in Texas. With over 20 years in the industry, including an extensive tenure as Area Director at Chili's, Tony has demonstrated a proven ability to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions. Prior roles include Managing Partner and General Manager at Logan's Barbeque. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of Desoto High School, where membership in the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society was achieved.
