Patti Paulett

Patti Paulett, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Organizational Development Manager and Training & Safety Specialist at Cavalier Distributing since November 2015. Prior to this role, Patti Paulett held the position of Learning and Development Manager at itelligence North America from November 2010 to 2015 and served as Employment Specialist at itelligence from November 2010 to September 2013. Earlier career experiences include HR Specialist/Organizational Effectiveness at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and HR Coordinator at Scholastic Book Fairs, both from February 2007 to February 2010. Patti Paulett earned an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Xavier University (2007-2009) and a B.A. in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
