Jillian Sheppard serves as Compliance Counsel at Cavalry Portfolio Services since January 2013, drawing on a robust legal background that includes roles such as Associate Attorney at Fifth Avenue Financial and Law Clerk at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, where expertise in breach of contract, contractor liability, and complex commercial litigation was developed. Jillian's early career featured significant contributions as a Volunteer Student Advocate for the Suspension Representation Project and a Judicial Intern for Honorable Justice Alan D. Scheinkman, alongside work in employment and sports/entertainment law with the NBA Coaches Association while honing paralegal skills at Brent Coon and Associates and performing legal research in a governmental capacity. Jillian holds a Juris Doctor from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Northeastern University.
