Arian Rodrigo Hassanalizadeh, CIPM, CIPP/E/US, serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Origin, directing compliance programs for an SEC-registered investment adviser since June 2025. Simultaneously, Arian is a Charter Member of The L Suite, an exclusive community for general counsels. Previously, Arian was the Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Genesis Global, leading legal operations during significant growth phases, and held roles at Much Shelist, P.C. as Head of Legal, and at JPMorganChase in various legal positions where expertise included intellectual property, technology transactions, and compliance. Arian began the legal career at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and the U.S. District Court, with a foundational education from Chicago-Kent College of Law and Washington University in St. Louis.
