Frank Anstett

Frank Anstett has a significant amount of experience in executive roles and leadership positions. Frank is currently the Deputy CEO at Cavan Solutions. Prior to that, they served as the President at Devis from February 2019 to March 2022. From April 2016 to November 2018, Frank worked as the Vice President Federal Civilian at Perspecta. Frank also held the position of Vice President Civilian/Homeland Security at Vencore Inc. from April 2016 to April 2018. Before that, Frank worked at General Dynamics Information Technology where they served as the Vice President System Engineering and IT Services from February 2010 to April 2016, and as the Principal Technical Director from January 2007 to February 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked at Raytheon as a Capture Manager from April 1996 to January 2007, and as a Program & Project Manager from April 1996 to December 2005.

Frank Anstett obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University from 1989 to 1994. Following this, they pursued higher education at George Mason University - School of Business from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS).
