Mita Plenn

Mita Plenn is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in human resources management across multiple industries. Since May 2009, Mita has been with Cavco Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include administering HR plans and developing policies. Prior to this role, Mita served as HR Manager at Shasta Industries from March 2003 to March 2009, overseeing personnel policies and departmental systems. Additionally, Mita held the position of HR Manager at Floral Works from October 1996 to March 2003, managing HR procedures for over 150 employees across multiple states and addressing employee relations issues. Mita's career began at Williams Scottsman, where administrative duties were performed from 1986 to 1993.
