Asim Hasan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they served as the Associated Student Body President at Andrew P. Hill High School. In 2013-2014, they also worked as the District 7 Youth Commissioner for the City of San José, representing and advocating for over 9000 individuals in policy matters.
In 2015-2016, Asim worked as a Visual Merchandiser for Gap Inc./ Banana Republic, utilizing their creative skills to enhance store displays. In 2016, they were a Teacher's Assistant at De Anza College, supporting educators in their teaching responsibilities.
Moving on to healthcare-related roles, Asim served as the Dental Clinic Manager at Shifa Community Clinic from October 2017 to April 2018. Asim then took on the position of Personnel Manager and Undergraduate President from April 2018 to June 2019, leading and managing a team of volunteers while handling day-to-day operations at the clinic. During this time, they also organized events, promoted doctor-patient interactions, and facilitated access to free resources for patients.
In 2017-2018, Asim was the Internal Outreach Coordinator for the UC Davis Pakistani Student Association, where they led a charity event that raised over $20,000 for women's rights and children's education in Pakistan. Asim also focused on expanding the organization and creating awareness about Pakistani culture through various events.
From June to September 2020, Asim worked as a Tutor before transitioning to the role of Patient Services Manager at Bay Area Kids Dentist from November 2020 to November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Account Manager at CCGroup Inc. since February 2022.

Asim Hasan received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Genetics and Genomics from the University of California, Davis, in 2019. Asim pursued their education at the College of Biological Sciences during their time at the university.
