With a strong foundation in telecoms and IT, Dom has cultivated expertise in areas such as UCaaS, CCaaS, and emerging technologies like AI and CPaaS. Before joining Cavell, they held analytical and research roles at organizations including Deloitte Consulting, World First, and Portland Communications. Dom’s academic journey includes earning a degree from Goldsmiths College, University of London. In their free time, they enjoy climbing, skiing, and scuba diving.
