Katie Walford has six years of work experience. Katie began their career in 2014 at McDonald's as a Swing Manager, where they managed multiple employees, delegated tasks and trained crew, counted tills, balanced the safe, and updated store paperwork and computer files. Katie also increased productivity during night shifts by creating a new task checklist. In 2018, they moved to Revitasize as a Keyholder. In 2019, they joined RONA as a Contractor Sales Specialist & Customer Service Supervisor. In 2021, they became a Sales Marketing Manager at Empire Autos. In 2020, they joined Vivere Ltd as an Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative. Katie is currently employed at Cavelo Inc. as a Sales Development Representative, working on an on-premise and cloud-compatible Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) platform.

Katie Walford has attended Humber College and Preston High School. Katie has also obtained three certifications: a Licensed Car Salesperson from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) in 2021, Basic Shift Management from McDonald's in 2017, and CPR/AED/First Aid from St. John Ambulance Canada | Ambulance Saint-Jean in 2020.
