Henrik Persson has extensive work experience in the corporate advisory and finance sector. Henrik started their career at Baker Tilly in 2005 as an Executive, where they worked until November 2009. In 2009, they joined Cavendish as the Head of Strategic PLC Advisory, focusing on public takeovers, shareholder activism, and other specialist advisory situations. Henrik has been involved in advising both strategic and financial buyers from the UK and overseas. In January 2015, they were seconded to The Takeover Panel as an Assistant Secretary until January 2017. Throughout their career, Henrik has witnessed and contributed to the growth of finnCap, where they have been since 2009, from a small corporate broker to an established growth company adviser.

Henrik Persson pursued a LLB Law degree at Durham University from 2001 to 2004. Henrik then continued their education at Durham University and completed an MA in Management from 2004 to 2005. Finally, they attended ICAEW from 2005 to 2008 where they earned an ACA degree, but the field of study is not specified.
